Care for major health conditions in Wales to get £10million boost .

-CARE in Welsh hospitals for patients suffering from major health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, is set to receive a £10m boost.
Deputy health minister Vaughan Gething said he believes the plans are "making a real difference for people in Wales".
As well as those major health conditions, the cash is also set to improve services for stroke, critical care, mental health care, liver, neurological and respiratory care, and end-of-life care.
The cash will be divided out across these areas, each with a delivery plan devised by clinicians, patients and advocates.
